As an advocator of digital education for primary and comprehensive school pupils Nasanin Bahmani talks about how to educate children growing up in a digital world. Locally she has founded a project which will include teaching digital subjects in a preschool, primary school and comprehensive school, in order to develop a curriculum and motivate the city of Münster and the whole North Rhine-Westphalia region to provide pupils with digital education.
Nasanin Bahmani studied political science, showing particularly keen interest in the fields of data protection and security policy, before working for the German Foreign Chamber of Commerce in Teheran and Algiers for several years. During this time she experienced both „Twitter revolutions“ – the Green Revolution and the Arab Spring – which motivated her to become a self-employed data security consultant.
She is a member of the Teletrust Working Group „IT Security made in Germany“ and provides solutions from Germany without backdoors for foreign intelligence services.
